In order to file a complaint about a rider you must PM the --entire-- log of the event, unedited, to "admin" (Wyndlily Sharphowl) for review.
When the log is recieved, a post will be made noting that a complaint has been filed. Complaints are always ANONYMOUS and we will never tell who filed a complaint against someone.
The other members of the FSEA committee will meet and review the log and decide on a punishment, if any.
